Blackie here... mommy took a photo of these birdies that live outside our front door. Mommy doesn't know I know they are there, but she won't let me outside so i can't play with them. oh well........ they looked somewhat delicious........ meow!!

Hi Blackie! Do you chatter your teeth when you see the birdies? Your mom sure got a nice shot of the mama bird and her baby. I'll bet their nest is nice and warm on top of the light fixture!
That is a really well built mourning dove nest..they look pretty safe there..
Oddly enough, i have yet to hear him chatter!! but he's one hell of a hunter.... you should see him in side... if there's a bug somewhere, he'll find it!
and alas.. the birds are gone... i saw the baby this morning. charlie saw two of them sitting on the "porch" underneath.... i had a feeling they would be flying away soon...
